α,ω-Diacryloyl poly(ethylene glycol) (AC-PEG-AC) from Advanced BioChemicals (ABC) are high quality PEG crosslinking reagents with two reactive acrylate groups at both end sites, which can react with sulfhydryl / thiol group for PEGylation of proteins and peptides, nanoparticle and surface modifications. AC-PEG-AC is also used to build crosslinked polymer network and prepare PEG hydrogel through radical initiated or UV light sensitive polymerization.
