| Recommend dilution: | WB: 1-5 μg/mL ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. This antibody can be used at 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect H1N1 NP, H7N9 (A/Anhui/1/2013) NP and H7N9 (A/Shanghai/1/2013) NP. The detection limit for H1N1 NP is 0.078 ng/well. The detection limit for both H7N9 (A/Anhui/1/2013) NP and H7N9 (A/Shanghai/1/2013) NP are approximately 0.039 ng/well. |
