Y-shaped methoxypolyethylene glycol carboxyl (Y-Shaped PEG-COOH) from Advanced BioChemicals (ABC) are high quality multi-arm PEG derivatives with two linear methoxy polyethylene glycol and one linear polyethylene glycol modified with a carboxyl group at the terminal position that can selectively reacts with amino group in the peptide coupling reagent such at NHS, DDC and EDC. The total molecular weight of Y-shaped PEGs is the sum of the molecular weights of all three arms.
